Ongoing training package's designed to get you to the start line in the best possible shape & have fun on the way. This involves training with a group of like minded individuals on a regular basis & using each others motivation to bring out the best in you!
Training for a marathon, half marathon or 5 & 10 km events?
Weekly organised group training sessions – Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6am for 60 mins with specific running in e.g. hill reps, time trials, speed repetitions combined with run drills & core conditioning – coach in attendance to direct the these sessions at Mission Bay
- Come along & try out a session first!
Training package cost = $25 per session or discounted to less than $17 per session for full payment in advance
